Marc is a very seasoned business, agile, and leadership coach. He studied Computer Science, Social Sciences, and Philosophy and he has been a programmer since the 1980s. His path has led him from an agile fullstack developer over a technical coach to becoming an Enterprise Agility Coach working systemically with leaders. As director of the axisMundi Leadership Academy, he offers educational programs for Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Product Owners which are guided by leadership principles. He is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) with Scrum Alliance as well as a LeSS Friendly Scrum Trainer. As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC), Marc partners up with individuals to empower their sense of self-leadership and fulfillment.
