Systemic Enterprise Development in three parts: Introduction and overview, scope and intensity based on 5 spheres of activity, and practical implementation based on a multi-stage process.

Part 1

This trilogy is for all those interested in systemic management in the 21st century. We will explain Why it is important to create a healthy and effectively developed enterprise system as a vibrant workplace, where positive energy flows, where there is enough strength to pursue strategic goals, where the purpose is shared, and where executives know exactly what their role is to make the system move forward.

Using the example of the 5 spheres of activity in Enterneering®, we describe how systemic enterprise development can be structured, from the perspective of the entrepreneur or executive, and thus be implemented in practice. We explain that the 5 spheres represent different focal points in terms of content as well as a sequence of different development topics.
