Press the button 'Post in text form' to switch to the text post. Using the toolbar in the footer, you can now listen and read.
 

Before the implementation or development of individual elements in the business organisation takes place, the entrepreneur's or executive's personality must be addressed. This means one needs an idea and a plan for the further development or change of one's own abilities, priorities and behavioural patterns before initiating such measures for other individuals in the organisation.
